I have some very important information to share with you all, today was the first day of my DETOX and yes its going quite well. So far I have had a double chocolate muffin with a layer of custard and plenty of sugar on top. And I know what your thinking Im digging myself a very big hole. Only recently it occurred to me how bad my diet really is, last week alone I had a different takeaway everyday but I blame my dear brothers for that. This is a very sensitive issue so if you have any tips or advice on how I could move forward to a more healthier lifestyle so feel free to drop me a line.
